A career in real estate has been Rhianna’s passion since she began to think about what she wanted to do. Her major at the University of Georgia was a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate through the Terry College of Business. During her time at UGA she interned with one of the best, Debbie Sonenshine, and after graduation was invited to join the team. Eight years later as Debbie’s partner she is even more enthusiastic about this business.
Her Real Estate Degree provided a sound business basis for her career, but during her time with Debbie, she has learned not only the fundamentals of the real estate business, but the important nuances and sound negotiating. She understands that when you are counseling people about the most important investment decision they will make in their lives, nothing is easy or necessarily intuitive and experience counts for everything.
Not only has she learned the importance of customer service but the importance of being well informed, well educated and well prepared. Professional integrity is a hallmark of her career and of our team.

Katie Gallow
Welcoming the newest member of the Sonenshine Team! Katie is a true Georgia Peach, born and raised here in Atlanta, Georgia. After completing her Marketing Degree at Auburn University, she took a position with Target Corporation as an HR Manager. As the daughter of a lawyer, she was naturally drawn to the practice of law and jumped at the opportunity to become a paralegal for a real estate closing attorney. Two years later, when the attorney decided to retire, Debbie immediately asked the paralegal that had so professionally been handling her closings to join the Sonenshine Team. Now a Licensed Realtor and Marketing Coordinator for the Sonenshine Team, Katie is under the guidance and direction of one of the top agents in Atlanta. Sonenshine has been assisting buyers and sellers for over 30 years and is in the top 1% of Agents Internationally. Katie said, “Being given this opportunity to work for someone with such experience who is so compassionate and dedicated to what they do is an amazing honor, privilege and blessing.”
